THE LEWIS COLLECTION
‘The Lewis Collection’, launched on the 26th of February 2021, was a small collection of original oil paintings made in response to a trip to the Isles of Lewis and Harris in December 2020. The paintings are meant to be little glimpses of my time on this magical island. Some pieces I made there in situ watching and listening to the waves, the light and the day go by. Others have kept this wonderfully freeing time alive since returning to the studio at the start of this year. Filled with wonder, longing, love and sadness, for the year that we all experienced, this collection of 18 paintings meant a lot to me and I was so pleased with the reaction I received from this release.
